Currently, all forestry enterprises of the association with a total area of 1865 thousand hectares are certified according to the National Forest Certification System (they have certificates for the forest management and forest management system and certificates for forest products and products of its processing on the basis of origin).
On August 25, 2010, the PEFC Council, an international organization for the recognition of national forest certification systems, as a result of a thorough and comprehensive analysis, approved the Forest Certification System of the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus in terms of certification of forest management and forest management systems. In connection with the above, the current national certificates of conformity for forest management and forest management systems are international and data on them are posted in the PEFC registration system and on the website www.pefc.org.
